Could also be known as Gladstone ‘cafe’ spot or the Mr. Sub parking lot.
Active 18 believes this site is important as it is the gateway both to WQW ‘Art and Design District’ and to Parkdale. It lives directly across the street from the venerable Gladstone hotel and we feel it needs to address these points in it’s design. We have also noted that it and 1093 Queen are like bookends to this south West Queen West street.
